Plunge Router Lift to suit a range of handheld routers

The Plunge Router Lift with Mounting Plate (RLIFT-3) option allows you to attach your choice of handheld plunge router to the router lift base. The included mounting plate suits a broad range of plunge router designs, visit the RLIFT-3 page on the Timbecon website to learn more.

Mounting plate insert rings

Your router lift can accept a variety of throat insert rings. The insert rings feature a twist lock design, so they are held firmly in position, in line with the surrounding surface. Use the inserts rings to minimise the gap around your router bit to eliminate vibration and increase accuracy.  Insert spanner included. Professional grade fence

A good router table needs a good fence. The fence on the Sherwood Cast Iron Industrial Benchtop Router Table has all the features you would expect to see on a professional grade fence. Including T-Tracks so you can attach a range of accessories. Also included are fence faceplate packing rods, use these to pack the faceplates out and turn your router into a jointer.

Mitre guide

Your Sherwood Cast Iron Industrial Benchtop Router Table is supplied with a mitre guide. Use to make angled cuts across the router bit. The benchtop router worktable features an embedded twin slot mitre track. One slot for the mitre guide, one T-Track for additional accessories such as feather boards.

Fine fence adjustment

If you need to finely tweak your router fence, then Sherwood has you covered. Use the Fence Fine Adjustment Kit to take control of your routing by being able to wind the fence in to position by the millimetre. No more errors, no more wasted material.

Safety switch

Plug your router motor into the switch, plug the switch into the workshop power point. You know have a safety on/off switch right at your fingertips. Cut the power super-fast if you get into trouble. The days of walking around or fiddling under the worksurface for the switch are over.

Dust collection system

The dust collection system is made up of a dust collection box mounted under the table with a 102mm (4in) dust port. And a 63mm hose that links the fence dust port to the dust collection box outlet.
