A solidly-built sliding bevel designed to go into a toolkit that will last a lifetime, the handle stock is more durable and stable lacquered rosewood with a 28 x 19mm cross-sectional dimension, measuring approximately 145mm long.
The 1.0mm-thick blued tool steel blade is 230mm long and secured in place with a solid brass bolt and wing nut. The 3mm-thick brass plate caps protect the head and foot from accidental damage when in use.Â
Being a Crown product, it is manufactured, assembled and checked prior to leaving the factory to ensure it's spot-on for use first time.
